Ball Girl Gifts Fair Ball to a Fan [VIDEO]
It’s just Spring training. Good thing too, as a ball girl sitting down the third base line at Bright House Field, picked up a fair ball and generously tossed it to a young fan in the stands.

The mistake overshadowed a a nice fielding play by “Priscilla” off the bat of Tampa Bay’s designated hitter Shelley Duncan. The Rays opponent, the Philadelphia Phillies uses waitresses from Hooters as ball girls during Spring training. MLB umpires awarded Duncan second base for the error.
No one seemed too upset by the mistake. Rays manager Joe Maddon quipped “I thought she presented her hands to the ball very well also. The overall package was very, um, efficient.”
