12 Days of Christmas Treats: Maple Butter Kiss Cocktail

PHILADELPHIA, PA — So we all know how much the youngsters look forward to Christmas time for all the sweet treats: cookies, candies, and desserts. But sometimes the grownups need an extra bit of holiday cheer with a “spirited” drink just for them! This one is a creamy concoction with buttery, maple syrup goodness. You’ll want more than one!
Maple Butter Kiss
Recipe Courtesy: Food Network Magazine
Prep/Cook Time: 5 minutes
Yield: 1 cocktail
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz butterscotch schnapps
1/4 oz pure maple syrup
1 oz half-and-half
Pinch of ground nutmeg
1. Add all ingredients except the nutmeg into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Sprinkle some ground nutmeg on top and enjoy!
